Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• We’re flexible with check-in, but arrivals after midnight count as a paid night.

Guest Limit

• Maximum of 8 guests.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Smoking

• No smoking anywhere on the property.

Pets

• No pets allowed, unless it is a certified service animal. Please inform us in advance.

Cleanliness & Care

• Keep the space clean and tidy during your stay.
• Please report any damage as soon as possible.
• Do not move furniture.
• Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher before checkout.

Trash & Recycling

• Place all waste and recyclables in the provided bins.

Water Safety

• Tap water is not drinkable. Please use the bottled or filtered water provided for drinking and cooking.
• Brushing teeth and showering is safe, but avoid ingesting tap water.
• If you need extra bottled water, contact us and we’ll arrange delivery at cost.

Safety First

• No candles, fireworks, or open flames.
• Do not disable or tamper with smoke detectors or security devices.
• Please lock windows and doors when leaving the property.

Pool & Jacuzzi Use

• No jumping or diving.
• No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Life vests are available for extra safety.
• If mid-stay cleaning is required due to misuse, a $75 pool fee or $40 jacuzzi fee may apply.
